Home Studio 1-2-1 & 1-2-2 Pilates Training :
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic I'm temporarily only teaching 1-2-1 & 1-2-2 at my home studio (max 2 persons together) or in the comfort of your home (max 2 persons together). Ladies/Gents Sessions are unique for you. Personalised & bespoke sessions means I can focus whole heartedly on your needs & we can work out a plan that suits you, any conditions you may have & what you feel you can achieve. Courses available. I'm currently in the Sundon Park area Luton, Beds LU3. Parking available.
